Construction Site Manager (Single Family)
Competition Number: LGB-02-10
You will manage the construction process from pre-construction to post-construction ensuring housing units are constructed on time and on budget. With an understanding of residential construction procedures as well as the company product you will ensure construction meets all specifications and quality requirements. You will organize, lead and guide the activities of Trades.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Construction Site Manager, or equivalent
- Knowledge of residential building Codes
- Intermediate computer skills
- Highly developed communication skills
- The ability to work within time constraints
- Holding or working towards a Construction Site Manager accreditation is considered an asset.

Production Coordinator (Single-family)

With a genuine interest in providing an exceptional product for our clients you will process all job files. You will ensure job permit applications and their required components are processed, examine all job files to ensure specifications are accurate and complete, prepare job files for construction and apply for the Built Green program and the Alberta New Home Warranty Program.
Requirements:
· A minimum of one year production related experience
· Familiarity with architectural controls, restrictive covenants, and the trades
· Knowledge of new home construction
· Excellent interpersonal skills
· Strong organizational skills
· Intermediate computer skills
· Demonstrated commitment to continuous self improvement
